CIETAC will organize the 13th China Arbitration Week from 15 to 21 September 2025, which is the most influential annual event in the field of international arbitration in China, attracting the attention of tens of millions of people worldwide. During the China Arbitration Week, the flagship event - China Arbitration Summit 2025, is scheduled to be held on 17 September 2025 in Beijing, co-organized by CIETAC, UNCITRAL, IPBA, All China Lawyers’ Association (ACLA). The China Arbitration Summit last year attracted over 500 representatives from 47 countries and regions, including nearly 120 non-Chinese guests, to attend on-site. The live streaming of the Summit received more than 5 million watches from 105 countries and regions.
The theme of this year’s Summit is Navigating the Future of International Arbitration in the Digital Intelligence Era. Artificial intelligence is reshaping international arbitration, becoming the core driving force of a new “digital-intelligent era” - presenting both transformative efficiencies and critical questions for the arbitration community. Meanwhile, as Global South collaboration deepens, the Summit also features a special focus on Latin America, a region experiencing dynamic growth in cross-border disputes. So, the China-Latin America International Arbitration Forum will be hosted concurrently with the China Arbitration Summit 2025.
