The DRHC is a unique digitised space for arbitration hearings and mediations serving the international dispute resolution community, in line with international best practices.
Discover the future of dispute resolution with the DRHC's 'Mediation in the Metaverse' service. This pioneering service exponentially extends the reach and effectiveness of mediation by providing a next-generation digital twin of the DRHC.
The DRHC is open to anyone seeking a modern, purpose-built space with world-class facilities designed to support arbitration or mediation requirements.
As part of our efforts to provide the best-in-class dispute resolution experience at the ADGM Dispute Resolution Hearing Centre (DRHC), we have established panels of accredited and experienced arbitrators and mediators of the highest professional calibre.
The panels are not exclusive – meaning parties are free to choose an arbitrator or mediator who is not listed on one of the panels. The panels have been provided as a tool that parties and their advisors can use to assist with their selection.
The DRHC has also collaborated with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) to establish an exclusive Investor State (IS) Mediators Panel. The panel consists of experienced IS mediators available to parties around the globe. Appointment to the panel is by invitation only and based on criteria such as extensive mediation experience, and training in IS disputes. Any enquiries regarding the appointment of one of the IS mediators may be directed to CEDR.
Persons wishing to be considered for inclusion on the panels are required to complete an application form and email it to drhc@adgm.com. Inclusion is at the sole discretion of the DRHC, in addition to CEDR in relation to the IS Mediators Panel only.
